This is not your everyday yarn: crisp and cool, full of character, you wouldn’t think it’s a silk yarn. At first, the hand speaks of linen, but start knitting with it and you’ll see the silk appear more and more. It starts softening, develops shine and drape -- almost like magic. “Buschper” is a word that doesn’t translate easily from Swiss-German, that has many different shades of meaning: it could be “bold”, “cheeky” but also “joyful” and “full of health” … really the perfect name for this lovely yarn.

This summery two-ply yarn will certainly soon be your favourite for warm-season projects like tops and cardigans as well as shawls, but also lends itself to lacey projects full of character.
