This 8ply/DK weight yarn is made from 100% bluefaced leicester (BFL) and it has a whole lot of structure and ‘toothiness’ while still feeling soft. The BFL also has great properties: it has long fibres so it’s smooth with a lovely sheen, there’s very little pilling and less itchiness, and it’s comfortable to wear against the skin.
