MOKOSH

Earth-Mother, a personification of nature and maternity. According to Russian folk tales she was caring for the spinning of linen and shearing of sheep. Those who wanted to gain her favour offered her a ball of yarn. And that’s why she could not be absent from our yarn pantheon. Wonderfully soft and shiny DK yarn made from merino wool with an addition of yak and silk. Very nice and soft to the touch, drapey yet springy as well. It is good for all kinds of knits.
