Pan sports yarn is a thicker 3-ply knitting yarn.

Pan is especially durable, but still soft because of the moahri fibers unique quality. Pan is spun of fiber from Norwegian mohair goats and Norwegian sheeps wool.

Pan is 100% Norwegian and 100% locally produced by Telespinn in Svartdal.

Pan is well suited to socks, hats, mittens, sweaters and medium to heavy weight pulls. If you for example want to knit socks that are soft, without syntetic materials, this is the most durable yarn you can get.

Like all our yarns the wool is washed with organic soap, and we only use organic spinning oil in the spinning process. The result is one of the most sustainable and eco-friendly yarns, without compromizing quality. When you are knitting with this yarn you immediately feel that this is a high-quality yarn.

Pan is named after the forest god Pan, which was half man and half goat.

Pan is around 175 meter per 100 gram. Knitting needles 3,5-5. Wool wash 30 degrees Celsius, dry flat.

Pan is 80% Norwegian mohair and 20% Norwegian sheeps wool.

We have around 40 different colors of Pan, all hand dyed. We dye the fiber before we spin the yarn, which gives especially lively colors.
