I think that this baby camel down has got to be the softest fiber I’ve had the pleasure to work with, even softer than cashmere!

The light fawn colour is completely natural, no dyes or artificial chemicals here. It’s also exceptionally warm, just as nature intended!

This yarn was handspun with lots of love on my vintage Ashford spinning wheel. It was spun a little thick and thin with the overall thickness about the same as a commercial DK or 8ply yarn.

I think that this yarn would be great for making baby garments, a scarf, mittens or any small article where warmth and softness is important.
