“Udaipur Fingering” is a 50/50 superwash merino/silk 4-ply fingering weight yarn with 437 yards per 100g. It is amazingly soft and has a beautiful luster from the silk. This yarn is dyed by hand using colorfast acid dyes.

“Udaipur Fingering” is named after the city of Udaipur in Rajasthan, India, which is the historic capital of the Mewar kingdom and is known for its scenery and its palaces. This yarn is exotic, luxurious, and will turn any project into something to be treasured. It has a wonderful drape and would be perfect for scarves and shawls, but would also make great sweaters, hats, or extra-soft socks.
