Made from sustainably produced beechwood fibre, tencel is a strong, shiny yarn that is suitable for vegans or for hypoallergenic crafters. I also work with non-vegan yarns, please be aware that all tencel yarns are dyed and stored separately from animal fibre yarns.

Dyed in my tiny studio in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, I take inspiration from the natural world around me. Shropshire is has Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and I infuse my yarn with colours reminiscent of flowers, seasons, rivers, trees, hills, and the sky.

Project suggestions:
400metres/100gm, making it suitable for light jumpers and cardigans, shawls, and other fine garments.
