Bespoke high quality double knitting (DK) yarn spun by Paul Crookes, Pollington, North Yorkshire on behalf of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

100% made in Yorkshire using wool from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s conservation grazing flock. Our knitting wool is produced in natural colours only with no dying.

The Oatmeal wool is expertly made with a terrific combination of 75% Charollais wool and 25% Yorkshire Alpaca kindly donated to the Trust by Vanessa Schofield.

This is a lovely soft unique knitting wool in a terrific light Natural Charollais wool colour. Perfect for jumpers, hats, gloves, shawls and scarves.

Available in 50g balls, suitable for 4mm needles, 5sts=1 inch. Each ball is approximately 120 yards (110m) in length.
