Bespoke high quality double knitting (DK) yarn spun by Paul Crookes, Pollington, North Yorkshire on behalf of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust.

100% made in Yorkshire using wool from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust’s grazing flock of rare breed Heridean sheep. Our knitting wool is produced in natural colours only with no dying.

The Light Grey wool is expertly made with a terrific combination of 50% Hebridean wool and 50% Barnsley based Yorkshire Alpaca kindly donated to the Trust by Vanessa Schofield.

This is a lovely soft unique knitting wool in a terrific light grey colour. Perfect for jumpers, hats, gloves and scarves.

Available in 50g balls, suitable for 4mm needles, 5sts=1 inch.
