return and refund policy

Merchandise purchases from the Ravelry store can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of shipment (or pickup, for show purchases)

Advertising charges can be corrected or refunded at any time before your invoice due date. Invoices are sent out on the first business day of the month after your ads run and payments are due within 15 days.
