Pretty basic dress for your doll, knitted from worsted weight yarn. The front and the backs are worked separately then seamed. Stitches for the skirt are picked up at the bottom of the bodice and skirt is worked in the wide ribbing back and forth. Sleeves are worked separately and seamed to the armhole. The dress is fasted on the back with small snaps. I made it from solid color yarn, but if you choose some self-striping yarn, the dress will look quite different.
