Beckley Street is a simple cardigan with set in sleeves, a shawl collar and elegant lines. It is totally unisex and looks great on babies, small children and older children alike.

It is worked seamlessly from the bottom up in bulky weight yarn and the construction allows for easy customization for a perfect fit. The sleeves caps are shaped using short rows.

The use of a bulky weight also means this project will fly off the needles in no time!

A note about size: it is always a good idea to measure the size of the chest of the child the sweater is intended for before choosing a size. You can easily modify the sizing of this garment by choosing a larger or smaller chest size and working the length associated with another size, for a custom fit.

Beckley is the fourth design to be released as part of my “Young Gentleman Knits” collection. The design is available both as an individual pattern and as part of the collection. Please note that the purchase of the collection represents a significant discount comparatively to the cost of purchasing the patterns individually, and I am not able to give any refund if you buy the individual patterns and wish to buy the collection at a later date.
