The shawl is knitted in a combination of 2-color brioche and 2-color garter stitch. This means that it’s fully reversible.

The shawl is a triangle shape and is worked from the pointy end, from the bottom up. Brioche leaves form the border of the shawl. The LC (light color) is white yarn, the DC (dark color) is formed by yarns of 11 colors to create a smooth gradient, representing the changing colors of the leaves: from green to yellow to orange to brown. You can use yarn gradient-colored yarn with long color changes or even solid color yarn.
