Well here’s your solution!
After Searching, and not finding, exactly what I wanted in a
hat pattern for my loved one with a 24” circumference head, I
whipped one together. The beauty of this pattern? Because of the springy ribs, the same size hat will fit not only a Gargantuan Melon, but also a child sized head.

Note: The pattern calls for two different balls/colors of Lion Brand Wool-Ease Chunky. But you could definitely get TWO Gargantuan Melon Hats from those two balls of yarn. If you plan to make a solid color Gargantuan Melon hat, you will only need ONE ball of Lion Brand Wool Ease Chunky.
