One day walking back up to the house with the mail I noticed a hat in the Fossil magazine that I was completely in love with!!! The only issue is that it didn’t come in any color I would wear and it was knit using acrylic yarn. What’s a knitter to do, but improvise a pattern at that point! It’s cold here in Minnesota and you can never have too many winter hats.

This pattern is knit in 3 sizes: newborn, toddler (20 inches), and adult (22 inches). As you read through the pattern you will notice the cable chart appears in chart form as well as written instructions.
