Leaning Ladders Scarf is an original PlanetJune Accessories crochet pattern by June Gilbank.

This beginner-friendly scarf is made of only basic stitches, so it’s fast and fun to crochet. The eye-catching diagonal eyelet stripes look great in any yarn, and the simple background highlights the colours in a variegated or self-striping yarn beautifully. Choose your recipient’s favourite colour and you have a perfect gift for anyone in your life – women, men, or children!

Yarn: your choice, #3 (DK) or heavier recommended

Hook: an appropriate hook for your yarn (see the yarn’s ball band as a starting point for the hook size, but you may wish to go up a size or two until your fabric isn’t too stiff and drapes nicely)

Sample scarf information: Sample scarf used DK weight (#3 light) yarn (235m/260yd Kismet Spice) and an I US/5.5mm hook

Details: Pattern includes full written instructions and charted stitch diagram.
