The baby sweater is worked in one piece from the top down. The yoke is worked back and forth to create the slit, while the body and the sleeves are worked in the round.

I used one skein of LuLu’s Yarns Supersock Merino DK (330 yards) and I had literally 2 yards left - if the prospect of running out of yarn keeps you up at night, buy 2 skeins (you can always make socks with the second one!)
