Convertible cowl/neckwarmer/hat/hood… a balaclava, though I didn’t know such a thing already existed and had a name until after I was all proud of myself for coming up with the idea.

This was knit with yarn held double and a simple twist cable on each side, but could be done all stockinette or with any number of cable/stitch pattern variations.

NOTE: The original pattern had an error in the number of CO stitches. This has been corrected (from 72 to 76).
