English:

In England, rain boots are called Wellie and tea is the national drink.
You can knit this little character flat or in the round. Differences between round and flat are given. All the pieces are knitted in stockinette stitch except the sole that is made in garter stitch. It is an easy pattern to knit and to finish that only needs a few amount of yarn and stuffing.
Size: about 10cm (4 inches) knitted with 3 mm needles.
