The Rainbow Sunglasses Pouch pattern is so fun! It works up quickly and easily and the little cloud detail at the top is completely adorable.

This pouch can hold many different items other than just a pair of sunglasses. You can carry your reading glasses, cell phone, keys, money, child’s trinkets, sea shells…anything small really. Also, if you attach a carabiner to the corner as seen in one of the pattern photos, you can attach the Rainbow Sunglasses Pouch to almost anything. Never loose your sunglasses again!

To simplify the pattern even more, you can always use a self striping yarn or a solid color. Not having to change colors for every row will make this already quick pattern work up even faster.

This pattern calls for soft cotton instead of a scratchy acrylic yarn, which will be more comfortable in the warmer weather. If you chose to make the rainbow version instead of a solid color, you could reasonably make several holders with the six skeins of yarn. A great idea for craft fairs! You will also need an H/8 (5.00 mm) crochet hook and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends.

The finished pouch measures 3.5” Width x 7” Length.

With your order, you will receive 2 PDF’s. The first contains the entire pattern and the second contains the very brief photo stitch tutorial for the stitch needed in this pattern.

This pattern is written in standard American crochet terms.
