A fitted skirt recipe available for free. This skirt is worked from side to side. With cute ruffles added after seaming the skirt together.

This is NOT a row by row pattern. Instead its a recipe to make a skirt fitted to your body type. I do not give number of rows to complete.

The fabric is quite stretchy, and very comfortable. You can use the chain tie method I described, or perhaps add a elastic band at the top.

This skirt could be used as a tube top as well.
