A dramatic rolled-edge Striped Shaw using 2 colors.

A SAILaway is a wonderful event….pulling up anchor and heading in to the trade winds for an adventure. If lucky, accompanied by cool breezes, a steel band and cocktail in hand.
Knit this and cruise to paradise.

This is knit from the bottom of the shawl up to the neckline. Then stitches picked up and lace border added as you knit it. Skills to practice: knit, purl, simple technique for short rows, easy 14 stitch lace pattern, i-cord bind off.

1 skein each color of Tosh Dandelion:
Gauge: 20 stitches = 4”
32” or 40” circular needle, Size 3 or size to match gauge.
Finished dimensions: 21” x 68”

Photo 6 and 7, using Rowan Pure Linen (Gobi and Arizona)

Photo 8 and 9, using Dandelion in Rainwater and Paper. Note Candy’s lace border was entirely in Rainwater.
