We have already visited many countries around the world and this time I’m taking you to gorgeous Estonia - a country of fabulous lace. So take your needles in your hands and get ready to set off on a wonderful one-skein journey!

Seiklus is an Estonian word for “adventure”.

Size
One size. Height: 52.5 cm / 21”. Length along neck edge: 152.5 cm / 61”.

Yarn
1 skein of Colour Adventures 50/50 Fingering - 50% Merino, 50% Silk: 378y /115g. Sample shown in colorway Raven.
Since this yarn is now discontinued, Colour Adventures Cloud Sock is an appropriate substitute.

Needles
US #7 / 4.5 mm, circular needle 60 cm / 24” long, or appropriate size to get gauge.

Notions
tapestry needle for weaving, blocking pins.

Gauge
15 sts x 29 rows in 10 cm / 4” in Garter st worked flat with needle US #7 / 4.5 mm.
The gauge isn’t crucial on this project, but differences will affect the finished size as well as the required yardage.

The lace section is both charted and written.
The design has been tested and tech edited.
