From the pattern description: I don’t use many novelty yarns, but the subtle sparkle in this blend makes it one of my favorites. Knitted tightly, it looks like woven fabric. Stitches are increased on one side to make the hat slouch. This is designed to be worn with the wrong side of the ruffles facing forward.
