This is a men’s cardigan knit in Cascade Yarns Ecological Wool using stranded color work. It’s worked all in 1x1 rib and has a zipper closure and a short row shawl collar.

I also offer Dude-inspired patterns that are worked in the round in plain Stockinette stitch in unisex adult sizes: The Knitter’s Dude, and in baby and kids’ sizes: The Little Dude. They can be purchased separately or together in the ebook, The Royal We.

Needles and Notions
Needle Sizes are recommendations only. Always use needle size necessary to obtain gauge.

US #10/6.00 mm 24-32 in/60-80 cm circular needle
US#6/4.00 mm 24-32 in/60-80 cm circular needle
US #4/3.55 mm 24-32 in/60-80 cm circular needle
US #11/8.00mm 24-32 in/60-80 cm circular needle (optional – to maintain gauge over color charts)

Circular needles are recommended because the project is quite heavy and circular needles will support this weight more effectively.
