Using a very simple cable for some texture and ribbing at the edges, this hood is a very attractive addition to your hoodless coats! I also find that I prefer it to a snug-fitting hat sometimes, when I do not wish to squash my hair!

Construction: The hood is cast on from the center of the back of the head, and worked back and forth in an arc moving toward the front of the head. The neck cuff is picked up from the bottom and knitted downward.
