I haven’t received the download link for a pattern I purchased on Ravelry
You should receive a download link by email for any pattern purchased directly on Ravelry shortly after your purchase. A pattern is purchased on Ravelry if it has a “buy now” link on the pattern page. The email may be filed to your bulk/spam area, so you may find it there. If you purchased the pattern from a website outside of Ravelry by following a link in the pattern database, you should contact that website for help. Otherwise, please tell us the name of the pattern when writing so we can look into it for you. If you received a receipt, you can forward that to us at email@example.com. If you purchased the pattern in a yarn store through our in store sales, please indicate the store you purchased it from.
