I love simple clean lines, seamless knits, bold colours, beautiful yarn and the quick thrill of creating kids’ stuff.

My design aim is to create patterns that are accessible for most knitters, but particularly those mums who, like me, spend their days chasing small people around and often juggle knitting with breastfeeding, baby carrying and soothing or doll playing, jigsaws or reading stories. All this requires projects that can be put down at a moment’s notice and just as easily returned to at a later time. An essential part of this is minimal seaming at the end of the project!

My patterns are seamless, deceptively simple and surprisingly quick to knit. I love knitting from my own patterns and have knit multiples of every one of my designs.

I’m a long time devotee of dk weight yarn and beautiful Australian organic merino.
