I’ve been crocheting for 40+ years and dancing for 30+ years. Some of these patterns are an effort to combine hobbies. Others are meant for mundane wear or use. The hip scarf is meant to be worn under a coined hip scarf, with the tassels showing just below the bottom row of coins.
