Hello! my name is Melissa and I am the creator behind Yarn Blossom Boutique! My hobby of crocheting began when I was young, but a love for it really “blossomed” when I became a mom.

When my daughter was born I combined my love for all things handmade with my background in interior and floral design. I love designing and wanted to create original items for my kids. Yarn became the perfect medium because crochet is something I can set down at a moments notice. My children are truly the inspiration behind all my designs.

I LOVE creating modern crochet patterns because it gives me the opportunity to share my creations with others and see them have joy in working with their hands as I do!
