This is a basic earflap hat worked in a chunky yarn. This is an easy and functional gift that you can whip up quickly. You can also jazz it up with strips or other colorwork.

I did this in less than 2 hours, but sometimes I am a bit obsessive! You will get this done in no time, which is great if you need to make up several for the holidays.
