Instructions to crochet this cute little vest set, comprising of a body suit/romper/onesie, beanie hat and bootees. The beanie hat has optional ribbon threaded through the brim. This set has specific instructions within to alter the body length of the vest to suit either a baby or a reborn doll. Some crochet experience is needed to complete this set.

You will need:

15-16” or 42.5-45cm Height (Approx 4-5lb Prem) Size

100g 4ply yarn, 13 buttons, 2 x metres 3mm ribbon, 1 x 2.5mm hook

16-18” or 45-47.5cm Height (Approx 6-8lb Newborn) Size

100g 4ply yarn, 13 buttons, 2 x metres 3mm ribbon, 1 x 3.5mm hook

19-20” or 51-53.5cm Height (Approx 8-10lb Newborn) Size

150g 4ply yarn, 13 buttons, 2 x metres 3mm ribbon, 1 x 4mm hook

22” or 55cm Height (Approx 0-3 Months) Size

200g dk yarn, 13 buttons, 2 x metres 6mm ribbon, 1 x 3.5mm hook

3 Month Plus Size

200g dk yarn, 13 buttons, 2 x metres 6mm ribbon, 1 x 4mm hook.

This pattern is written in UK terms.

I’ve used Sirdar Snuggly 4ply, and Woolcraft DK yarn.

This pattern has been designed by myself so it is entirely in UK terminology. It does not follow the usual ‘shop bought’ format.
