2012 Summer Top/ Dress
This is a cute girly garment knitted in the round from top down, seamlessly.
The design was to use 2 different colors of fingering/lace weight yarn held together for the bodice, then use only one for the skirt, like the green tunic in the first feature photo.
The pink tunic in the 2nd feature photo was made using 2 strands of fingering (pink and white color) for bodice, and single strand of sport weight for the skirt.
You may also use sport weight/ light DK weight yarn for the whole garment, like the purple dress in the 3rd feature photo.
The important thing is you get the gauge for the bodice.
The pattern instruction is in fully written format, with standard abbreviations.
