Good friends of ours were having their first baby, and in
fine tradition, I decided to make them a baby blanket. I’ve
had cables on the brain recently, but want to make sure
that the blanket looks good on both sides. So – reversible
cables!

The blanket has a garter stitch base, which is interrupted by
columns of reversible cables. If desired, a crochet edging
can be added to increase the size and/or add some color.
The border suggested in this pattern can easily be replaced
by a different one of your choosing.
