Abby - a lace and meandering cable scarf.

The simple yet elegant lattice diamonds of the scarf are positioned on alternating sides of the cable and are reflected in the border pattern.

The sample was knit in an easy-care cotton/acrylic blend -- a great addition to any casual outfit. It’s the perfect length to double up and tuck the ends through, as shown in the pattern photo. This pattern is very versatile -- knit it in wool or wool blend and it becomes a great winter accessory and yet in a luxury yarn -- and maybe double in length (remember to allow twice as much yarn!), it would add a lovely touch to a “night on the town” ensemble.

Special Stitch Combinations
Purl 2 sts together through back of loop, yarn over at end of round, 2 over 1 cables

Stitch patterns are both charted and written out.
