The Adela Beach Cover-Up is a wonderful statement piece for the beach, a poolside party, or your upcoming resort vacation. Worked in purest white cotton and cotton/acrylic yarns (2 strands held together), the cotton/acrylic yarn offers softness and stretch while the white cotton yarn has a sprinkling of silver sequins. Together they give you a quick and easy to knit beach tunic, that will turn heads coming and going. Finishing touches include simple crocheted edges around the neckline, cap sleeves, and lower hem of the dress (chaining and single crochet), and a quick and easy twisted cord fringe. The fringe gives you a look similar to I Cord fringe (but without all the knitting), and if you prefer to omit it, the crocheted edge stands alone. Model is shown wearing the XS/S size (bust sizes 32-35)“ and the larger size fits bust sizes 36-38,” but there is definitely some stretch to this fabric. Simple waistline shaping and dropped stitches create a timeless look you can wear for many seasons to come. :)
