This hat is most knitted. Although it does have some crochet in it for the eyeball. If you can’t, or don’t want to crochet, the eyeball can be knitted, but I find to make circles like these, it is easier with crochet. Also, another option is to cut felt circles and sew them on.

I love making silly knitted projects. I am an illustrator by trade, and the more goofy and silly, and maybe a little twisted, the better.
