You will need 250gr of aran weight yarn for this project - a colour-changing yarn is perfect as it will show off the pattern. The bag is knitted as a continuous spiral starting at the bottom. The handles are worked separately. The designer recommends that the finished bag has a sewn-in lining to add body and shape.
