Winner of the Sock Summit Design for Glory competition, At the Summit represents all that is beautiful about Oregon, all that is meaningful at Sock Summit, and the friendship of the design team.

Tesia Walker, Allison Janocha, Abigail Horsfall and Trisha Paetsch met on Ravelry, and now travel frequently across North America to knit and design together.

The sock is knit in 5 pieces and assembled using both kitchener and mattress stitches. The stitch patterns represent the beaches, forests and mountains that have wowed knitters from across the world.

A KAL and swap will be hosted on the TAAT blog in the upcoming weeks.

We are so glad to be able to donate the proceeds of this pattern to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (www.CCFA.org), in honour of Tesia’s husband Ryan and all of you who have thanked us for choosing this charity.
