PATTERN
I originally designed the sampler baby afghan before the birth of my first grandchild. Since then hundred of prospective moms, grandmothers aunts, and anyone else excited about the new baby have knit this heirloom. Many in my New York City Shop the woolgathering and many more in knitting in scottsdale enjoyed working on this interesting afghan.

The afghan is knit in strips, and then crocheted together. All the contrasting color is worked after completion. The very easy to follow pattern includes:
• Diagrams and full explanations for techniques
• A pattern helpline
• Schematic
