It will be easy to make these larger or smaller by adding or deleting a few rows of HDC at the end of the pattern. If you want to make the gloves longer, I would suggest doing it in multiples of 6. You can also try doing this in SC only with the same lace pattern to get a more “closed look” on everything except the eyelets.
