Ooo-la-la, a beret with dashes of color around the band. Flat top it, pig tail it, knot it, or not!

Hat is worked bottom up, with increases above band to give beret shape, then decreases to flatten out the top. When blocking, use a plate to help work the top into classic beret shape.

Yarn: #4 medium weight yarn: 110 yds A, 20 yds B, 10 yds C
