Quite easy to make with basic crochet stitches worked in a continuous spiral from top to bottom. Pattern includes six (6) sizes:

XXS: 13-14”/33-36cm
XS: 15-16”/38-41cm
S: 17-18”/43-46cm
M: 19-20”/48-51cm
L: 21-22”/53-56cm
XL: 23-24”/59-61cm
