Baskerville is a generously-proportioned triangular shawl with an elongated shape made up of a central textured panel flanked by stockinette side panels.

The shawl is worked from the top down, beginning with a garter tab cast-on, and features a distinctive twisted stitch pattern, a hint of lace at the bottom edge and a unique lateral braid technique where the lace and the body of the shawl intersect.

The instructions for the central panel are charted only.
