This gender-neutral cabled hat is a fantastic quick project. It uses only one ball of worsted weight yarn, knits up quickly, yet shows off your cabling skills. It can easily be knit in a weekend to add to your stash of Christmas gifts and is a great project for trying out a new colour or using up those balls of insurance yarns from other projects.
