This is my latest Criminal Knits MKAL and I’ve gone off in a new direction. A sock!!! But not just any sock, oh no, this is a House Sock! What is that you may ask. A House Sock is that great, tall, cozy sock you slip your feet into on a cold winter day when all you want to do is curl up on the couch and knit the day away.

This whole sock from top to bottom is stranded knitting. It looks so much more challenging than it is. I like that in a pattern!

Now it may seem to you that I am asking for a whole lot of yarn for a pair of socks. And you would be right! There will be an extra bit to the last clue of the pattern. An accessory to wear with your cozy House Socks! But I’m not telling you what that will be, it’s a surprise!
First Clue will be up on September 3rd, and the rest will follow once a week for four weeks total.

Join me on the Criminal Knits group for all the chatter, pics and companionship!

Happy Knitting,
Kyla
