Þessi uppskrift er í grunninn bara klassísk grunnuppskrift af vettlingum, en breytingin yfir í bjórvettlinga hefst svo þar sem þumallinn á að koma. Þetta er mjög einfalt og það er hægt að nota aðra vettlingauppskrift ef þið viljið. Það er mjög sniðugt að þæfa svona vettlinga, þá verða þeir mjög hlýir og góðir.

A.t.h. að ég fann ekki upp á bjórvettlingunum, þetta er einungis mín útfærsla, ég hef aldrei séð neina aðra uppskrift af bjórvettlingum og ákvað þess vegna að skrifa þessa upp.
Endilega sendið mér skilaboð ef eitthvað er óskýrt eða eruð með ábendingar um hvað mætti bæta.

These mittens are basically just a classic mittens recipe, with some adjustments to make them into beer mittens. You can easily use other mitten recipes if you want. You just change them where the thumb is supposed to be to form the round that the can fits into. The beer mittens aren‘t my invention, I had seen them around but never found a recipe, so I ended up with designing my own version, and since people were often asking about them I wrote it down. It’s a good idea to make them bigger and felt them to make them extra warm and cozy.

I‘m sorry if some of the terms are wrong or the text awkward, I‘m used to knitting terms in Icelandic so I‘m relying on my friend Google to help me with the english terms. Please feel free to send me suggestions and improvements here on ravelry!
