I love shawls! I wear them every day, all year round. During a cold winter, or a long Norwegian summer night.
This triangular shawl is knit sideways with fingering weight yarn. You can knit this shawl as large as you want by simply repeating the pattern. The shawl has a wonderful drape, and the reversible cables makes the shawl bouncy and sophisticated at the same time, and best of all – there is no right side or wrong side when you wear it!

To show off the cables properly you should choose a yarn, which is not very busy. A solid colour will work wonderful or a gradient where the colour changes are long.

Pattern notes:
The size of the shawl can easily be changed, you knit as many repeats as you desire. Gauge is not important for the shawl, but will alter the size.
If you use thinner yarn with a higher yardage you may consider going down a needle size, otherwise your sts may become very loose. This will alter the finished size.

I love seeing what’s on your needles!
