Blintzes are the unsung hero of Holiday eating, so I wanted to honor them with a little something extra. These beaded socks add some bling to a garment that is usually overlooked. Don’t your toes deserve to sparkle? I know mine do. These fun and easy toe up socks make a big impressions without using up much yarn. Don’t let the beading scare you, it’s a very simple process to add them. I’m not even going to ask you to pre-string them because, really, who’s got the time for that? Instead, add them with a crochet hook as you knit. Embellished with delicate lace, these socks will be brighten any winter day.
