This crochet pattern is for a boho style poncho that features a colorful ripple band on the lower half. This is a great accessory to wear to keep the shoulders and upper torso warm - something fun to throw on to go run a few errands on a cool day.

This pattern is for an intermediate level crocheter. There are some special stitches used in the ripple, or chevron, band that are explained in the pattern. You will also need to know how to single crochet, double crochet, single and double crochet decrease. You will also need to know how to seam a crochet garment together and pick up and crochet around a neckline.

Yarn for this pattern is basic acrylic weight #4 yarn in 5 different colors - yardage specified in the pattern. Hook size is US K. A darning needle is needed to seam the garment together and weave in ends.
